Video Project
- Why do Artists Produce Preliminary Plans? (sketches, brainstorms, storyboards, etc?)
2. How is art used in everyday life?
Art is all around us in school with math because you can make art with equations.Art is all around us. For an example downtown on main street with the stores and tree’s. What I think art is just how you look at life.
3. How and why is art used as a vehicle for communication?
Street art would be a message for communication. It is used to tell people their opinions for an example what this one guy painted cracks on a dam that symbolized free the water and let it flow back in the rivers.
4.How does Material Culture influence artistic decisions?
What would help arties choses would be there background/where they are from like street arties have a little more sketchy background. That could be one of the reason why arties paint what they do
5. What problem-solving skills are employed in making works of art?
A problem that you could run into is running out of pain. That would make you improvise or see how how you can get more paint. One other thing you can run into is the cop so that would make you leave all stuff.
Project Description
My group did a video about building the health hut. We had fun doing that. The project was about making a video you could make it about anything you wanted to. We found it easier to have our other friends help film that was easier to have the whole group in that scene.- Why do Artists Produce Preliminary Plans? (sketches, brainstorms, storyboards, etc?)
POLITICAL CARTOON PROJECT:
A VISUAL RESPONSE TO THE DOCUMENTARY, BLACKFISH:
For my drawing I feel that it represents the message that I was try to batray. I was trying to pull out emotions from the separators. It is hard to compete with the documentary Blackfish but for a cartoon I feel pretty confident in it. I did this by flipping the role of humans and killer whales. The only way that my cartoon struggles at is connecting with viewers that may have not seen or known about this issue. I tried to create the killer whale to have human features to over ad saderat the drawing and message.
It can be shared with words or pictures represent the topic. You can have cartoons that are funny and more enjoyable are you can make a very serious documentary to represent information. Anything that you use your eyes to see is and can be art. So if you are looking at something they just related information artistically.
Creating art is the construction and finalization of a piece of work and viewing it is seeing, in your perspective, what the airtes has been trying to represent. As an artist you have the freedom to represent your ideas and as a viewer you can see whatever you want to see.

PRE HISTORIC ART HISTORY DRAWINGS :
We started with wolfs and how they became dogs. We studied prehistoric art work and the purgation of it.
I used different pencils and references to create this piece of art. I used different techniques to help my creat this and also used previous drawing experiences to help me.
I like some of the ways that image trace has affected my work but I am an old fashioned drawer and always liked hand draw pices more that computer generated pieces of art work.
I can see myself using image trace to edit my drawings and pictures as a fun experiment in new ways of drawing. I want to become a blacksmith and it would be interesting to see the pieces of work enhance on the computer as a final product.

portrait Project:
In this drawing I wanted to betray a feeling of pure simple art. The thing I loved as a little kid art work that the massage of it is up for debate. I love having that feeling that only you can have went you see that art work. I was trying to show the part of me that is stressed out with school. But remember you see what you want to see.
Teacher CREATURE Project:
Proof Sheet: |
Project REFLECTION:The goal of this project was to use photoshop to put one of our teachers in a different situation. Like putting him or her on an island with a ripped body and another teacher as a monkey on a tree behind him. For my project I copied and pasted a lot of picture on my final project. I had to edit the coloring of the skin and everything to make it look realistic. I also had to have a lot of imagination to complete this and have all of these different elements on the final product. This project had a lot of challenges but the biggest one for me was to hold back on putting pictures in the project because it made it look cluttered. What I did to solve this was put that certain picture in and realize that I didn't look very good and then delete that picture. I will amet that during this process I did find some picture that did work with picture. This project was a lot of fun to me. My favorite part of it was editing the pictures to look like it is a real picture. I love being able to fool people in believing something that I just edited in photoshop. I could really see the transformation of the process once I started to put more detail in it. Also by doing this I learned a lot of new things and tricks on photoshop. After doing this project I have found that I am very talented in this realm of art and I have a lot of fun doing it. I do believe that I may have a future in this realm of art. I would love to be a digital artist because it doesn't feel like I am doing work I am just having fun. I have found myself doing random process and learning new things. This process has opened my eyes to a possible future. |

Landscapes:
There are many differences from a photoshop document and a JPEG document. The first difference is that with a photoshop doc when you open it in photoshop you can still access all of the layers. If you open a JPEG doc in photoshop it will just turn up as on layer and the background layer. If you want to upload a image on the internet you have to have the image in a JPEG format. Both of the formats are very useful and have you different advantage and disitvatiges. If you want to be safe I would save a project in both a photoshop doc and a JPEG so you are ready from any situation. Being able to edit your photo is very important just in case you found a flaw in you art work. All and all both of these formats have different uses but when in doubt save your image both as a photoshop doc and a JPEG.
